What if I have pets?
We love pets! Just let us know their names and any special instructions. We’ll make sure your furry (or feathered) friends are safe and comfortable while we clean.
Who’s coming to clean my home?
Your home will always be cared for by one of our trusted, local cleaning specialists. Every member of our team is background-checked, fully insured and bonded, and thoroughly trained before they ever step into your home. You’ll know exactly who’s coming, and you can trust that your home is in safe, professional hands.
Should I tip my field specialist?
Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated if you feel your cleaner went the extra mile. Many clients like to leave a little something or add a tip when they pay online. Even a kind note or a quick “thank you” means a lot to our team and makes their day. 100% of the tips go directly to the field specialists performing the job.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
Our team takes holidays off to spend with their families, but don’t worry—we’ll reach out ahead of time to reschedule your cleaning for a day that works for you. You’ll never miss a visit; we’ll make sure your schedule stays on track.
Will the initial cleaning take longer?
Yes. The first visit is a deep, detailed clean to get your home sparkling and set a high standard for future visits. We take extra time during that initial cleaning to tackle built-up dust, grime, and those “hard-to-reach” spots. After that, your regular cleanings will be faster and easier to maintain.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all—many of our clients prefer to provide an entry code or spare key so we can clean while they’re at work or running errands. Whether you’re home or away, you can relax knowing your home is secure and will be fresh and spotless when you return.
Will I get the same field specialist every time?
We do our best to send the same friendly specialist to your home for consistency. If someone else needs to fill in, they’ll be fully briefed on your preferences and trained to the same high standards, so you’ll always get the same quality clean.
How do I pay?
Payments are due at the time of service. We make payment simple and secure. After each cleaning, you’ll receive a text and an email with a link to pay by credit card—no checks, no hassle. You can even save your card on file for quick, automatic payments if you’d like.
